O3 helped highlight engineering delays impacting construction. With the data, I communicated concerns and successfully advocated for a one-month construction delay, allowing engineering to catch up and plan more work. Not ideal, but the data backed the decision.
Working with O3 on the Shell BlueCAT project has helped to streamline the RFI process and provide the project team with a central hub for data management. O3's ability to manage the data flow between multiple companies with a user-friendly interface has made the implementation easy for all of our staff.
O3 provides visibility into constraints like we have never seen before; typically we use spreadsheets and manage constraints manually. The automated creation and clearing of constraints provides much more efficient planning and the dashboards provide clarity for everyone from Execs to Planners.
This tool is incredible—and so helpful! It’s faster, more accurate, and makes verifying materials seamless. Knowing exactly what we need and what’s already on hand has been a game-changer.

We explored various solutions, but the decision was made to leverage the highly customizable system configurations and user flexibility that O3 brings to the table.

O3 fills a gap in our technical landscape - there is very little overlap between it and our current tools. It is a powerful reporting platform and we are still discovering new opportunities for using it.
