This year's theme, Building a future together, brings researchers, contractors, owners and consultants from across Europe to Lille. At the conference, Dr. Jacques Khouri will lead an interactive workshop, AWP and Project Controls: Bridging Engineering, Planning and Construction. He'll look at where project delays really start and how AWP connects engineering, procurement, planning and construction. Participants will share their own challenges and KPIs, and Jacques will close with a case study showing ROI and measurable gains in productivity and predictability.
