Software Implementation Manager - EMEA

We are looking for an Implementation Manager responsible for handling our company's ongoing implementation projects and ensuring successful adoption of our software. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing complex software implementation projects, possess strong leadership skills, and will serve as the primary client point of contact during onboarding and implementation, ensuring alignment with client goals, solution design, and delivery timelines. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in software implementation project management and the ability to coordinate project teams. This role requires a strong understanding of our software product, including configuration, integration, and set-up. The implementation manager will work interdepartmentally to ensure that the technical solution fits our client’s needs.

Any formal Project Management training or certification will be considered advantageous.
