O3 Solutions is seeking an Security Analyst & Support Technician to fill a remote role that spans help desk support, security operations, and cloud networking. This person will split their time roughly equally across three areas: resolving end-user technical issues, managing endpoint and network security tooling, and supporting O3’s cloud networking infrastructure. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on variety—comfortable resetting a password one moment and investigating a security alert the next—with a genuine curiosity about how systems, networks, and security controls fit together.
