Tedd Weitzman

Tedd is a versatile leader with 25 years of experience improving business processes and leveraging software solutions to drive efficiencies and digital transformation for EPC and Operations at industrial facilities. He is a visionary and problem solver who has a deep understanding of EPC processes and technology requirements with a passion to help businesses drive capital project efficiency through innovation and digital transformation.  

In his current role, Director of Digital Project Delivery for Worley's AWP Global Hub, he is working with a diverse team to digitalize the AWP Project Execution Methodology for capital projects.  Tedd has worked for and with major owners and EPCs to deploy Advanced Work Packaging programs and digital solutions. He also has extensive experience with building Digital Twins to support operations and maintenance.  

Tedd is active in CII and previously a board member of both Fiatech and MIMOSA. He is currently chair of the CII Technology Committee’s Interoperability Subcommittee and recipient of the 2024 James P. Porter Jr. Award for Technology Leadership.  He also chaired the CII AWP Joint Working Group that produced the CII AWP Data Requirements.

Andrew Foy

Andrew has worked across project delivery, project controls, and AWP disciplines — from managing multi-discipline industrial construction projects to implementing AWP programs for major owners and contractors. Before joining O3 Solutions, he developed and led AWP initiatives at organizations such as Motiva Enterprises and Andeavor, establishing scalable processes, policies, and execution frameworks that supported safer, more aligned project outcomes. 

Andrew’s experience spans project management, site-based work packaging, and the integration of construction-driven planning methods into broader execution practices. This blend of field experience and digital execution expertise enables him to effectively bridge traditional project challenges with modern digital transformation solutions. 

At O3 Solutions, Andrew contributes to thought leadership and best-practice adoption in the AWP community and regularly engages with industry peers on advancing execution excellence across the project lifecycle.
