Perhaps the most impactful presentation came from Carla Vivallos of Codelco, who spoke from the Owner’s perspective. As the organization with the most to gain—and the most at risk—Codelco is setting the tone by requiring AWP on major projects and investing in the tools needed to make it work.

Vivallos emphasized the need for engineering and construction partners to align with this vision and shared the company’s strategies for data standardization and cross-phase alignment.

AWP xChange Santiago 2025 also celebrated standout achievements with two key awards, honoring organizations that are setting the pace for digital transformation and AWP adoption.

Enterprise Standardization Award: Worley 

Worley received the Enterprise Standardization Award for its industry-leading effort to implement O3 across global operations. By embedding O3’s platform as a standard for project execution, Worley has driven consistency, efficiency, and visibility across teams and regions.

AWP Award for Driving Change: Codelco 

Codelco was honored with the AWP Award for Driving Change for its bold leadership in adopting AWP as a strategic priority. As a trailblazer in South America, Codelco is redefining project execution and setting the stage for lasting industry transformation.
