More traditional thinking might suggest that data and processes need to be in a mature state prior to engaging or using a system or tool, however, O3’s flexibility and collaborative approach has enabled us to move forward along our continuous improvement journey together.
O3 fills a gap in our technical landscape - there is very little overlap between it and our current tools. It is a powerful reporting platform and we are still discovering new opportunities for using it.
The O3 Implementation team used Scrum to drive the implementation and that was clear. That is a great way to work. The team is flexible in accommodating various requests. They have been very hands-on in the implementation/roll-out and trainings for the team and are great to work with.
As a group we are all impressed with the product and professionalism of your team. Frankly we expected the tool to fall a little short of our needs on the analysis side, but data collection is as good as we could hope for and the team at O3 have our complete confidence. We could not be happier.
