ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are looking for a qualified Account Manager to play a critical role in building and managing relationships with major accounts. Our ideal candidate should ensure client satisfaction and be able to identify new opportunities to increase sales and recurring revenue.

As an account manager, you will represent our company and interact with major clients. So, if you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for complex sales and a customer service attitude, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you would be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing sales.

Position Purpose

Provide strong leadership and revenue growth within named accounts by working with the account to identify how O3 can support their opportunities and challenges, build long-term relationships, and deliver continuous product innovation and business value.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Achieve high growth or meet/exceed revenue targets.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Position O3 to ensure the accounts grow globally across the enterprise and project portfolio.
  • Develop positive and effective relationships at various levels, including C-Level, VPs, and Directors within assigned accounts and conduct sales calls and meetings.
  • Articulate and promote O3’s product portfolio, value proposition, and ROI to decision-makers and key stakeholders, focusing on helping clients achieve their business objectives.
  • Effectively negotiate client agreements
  • Identify, negotiate & close opportunities.
  • Develop a sales pipeline and ensure best in class forecasting by effectively following the sales process and managing accounts and opportunities through the entire sales process through contract negotiations and acceptance and post-sales support. 
  • Deliver an accurate monthly and quarterly forecast of business within Salesforce CRM system.
  • Develop and maintain business plans for each assigned account. This involves evaluating the client profile, creating value messaging, and targeting key steps required to execute the account plans.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Supporting Application Engineers in performing web-based demos and product presentations.
  • Timely follow-up and qualification of new prospects from either inbound leads or requests generated by marketing.
  • Provide ongoing client feedback to product management, client success, and marketing teams to help identify product strengths and areas of improvement.
  • Coordinate, influence, and orchestrate all of the appropriate resources for Account and/or Opportunity development, able to collaborate and influence a virtual team (sales, technical, support, consulting), develop strong working relations with marketing, finance, legal, operations, product development, PMO and partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to understand their business, implement programs to drive new revenue, and expand business partner relationships.
  • Maintain a high knowledge level of the O3’s solutions and services. 
  • Be a trusted advisor for clients and identify win/win situations.
  • Develop success reference stories.
  • Participate in conferences and events (web-based and in-person) to help generate new business.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum of five years (5) of proven software (preferably SaaS) sales experience in B2B environment. Experience in construction software sales is a plus.
  • Track record of exceeding quota in an enterprise sales environment offering game-changing business solutions. 
  • Business-level knowledge of project management solutions, building information modeling (BIM), virtual design and construction (VDC), and the OG&C industry.
  • Strong executive selling and relationship experience.
  • Proven track record with hands-on experience in managing and growing enterprise accounts. 
  • Strong business practices with excellent customer service skills, strong business acumen, and creative problem-solving and effective negotiation skills.
  • Data reporting and analytical skills
  • Excited by technology and its ability to make you more productive.
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and determined, yet not afraid to ask for help.
  • Outstanding work ethic with a passion for hitting targets.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with clients.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint).
  • Fluent English language skills.

Travel Requirements

  • Moderate travel may be required both domestic and international.
