Areas of Responsibility
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support strategic organizational objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage software implementation projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project tasks, resources, timelines, and risks.
- Assist in allocating and managing project resources, including personnel, budgets, and equipment.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication and status reporting.
- Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to facilitate continuous improvement and adaptation to change.
- Monitor project progress and performance, conducting regular status meetings with project team members and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts across project stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables before final submission to the client.
- Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements to apply lessons learned for future projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Additional certifications in Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) and other relevant project management methodologies preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software implementation and project management, preferably in the industrial construction industry.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level software projects from initiation to completion.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support overseas projects, as needed
- Travel requirements up to 20% for Kickoff Meetings, Planning Meetings, Conferences, etc.
