Manager of Technical Sales

O3 is truly revolutionary when it comes to thought leadership in industrial construction. Our construction software is designed to improve productivity performance on any job site. O3’s agile project management solutions are specific to construction because we understand the niche workflows and systems required to get the job done.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Transformation, the Director of Technical Sales shall play a critical role in aligning the needs and requirements of potential clients with the capabilities and development of O3’s AWP software. This will include working closely with potential clients to explore their AWP process (if existing) or plans and help show the value of using O3’s software for the digitization of their work. This will be a heavily client-facing role, intended to increase the demand for O3 software by demonstrating its use case and value proposition.

The main element of this role will be the ownership, execution, and successful conclusion of a series of “Proof Of Concept” workshops with potential clients. These workshops, which are expected to be short to mid-range duration (2 weeks to 2 months), and based at the client facility (wholly or in part), will be used to validate the demonstrated value of O3 by importing client data and providing them with an environment to test the software.
