Areas of Responsibility
- Meet with potential clients to understand their AWP needs and current practices.
- Liaise with internal AWP SMEs for a strategy on AWP practice, as required.
- Perform a gap analysis between client requirements and AWP Best Practice. Where necessary, steer them towards the right way to do things.
- Perform a gap analysis between client requirements and O3 capabilities. Liaise with O3 Product team to identify and close gaps in capability.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives and deliver proof of concept solutions that exceed their expectations, demonstrating the value and potential of O3 Software.
- Execute a Proof Of Concept for new clients, including –
- Identify data requirements.
- Import their data into O3.
- Provide an initial setup/configuration that meets their AWP process.
- Perform initial system integrations (non-API) with client tools.
- Set up a training environment for their use and assessment.
- Guide them through the use of the software and the value proposition.
- Facilitate software sales through proven benefits and alignment with their needs.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Experience with AWP software.
- A clear understanding of the sales side of the business; an understanding that good performance in a proof of concept can lead to a large sale and an increase in revenue.
- Must travel to client locations.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to lead workshops.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as computer engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and engineering applications.
- Knowledge of EPC systems in engineering design, document management, material management, construction management, and commissioning.
- Thorough understanding of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) processes and data requirements coupled with a comprehensive knowledge of AWP terminology, roles, and responsibilities.
Travel Requirements
- Moderate travel may be required both domestic and international
