As the year comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on everything we’ve accomplished at O3 Solutions in 2024. This has been a year of extraordinary growth, pivotal milestones, and meaningful partnerships. We wouldn’t be here without our incredible clients, who are not only leveraging our technology but also leading the charge in driving innovation in the construction industry. To each of you, thank you for your trust, collaboration, and vision. You inspire us to push the boundaries every day. 

Here’s a look back at some of the highlights that made 2024 an unforgettable year. 

Welcoming a New Era with M33 Growth Strategic Investment 

This year marked a transformative moment for O3 with our partnership with M33 Growth. Its investment has fueled our ability to expand at a pace we’ve never seen before. With 100% year-over-year growth, we’re not only scaling our operations but also deepening our commitment to delivering value to our clients. Beyond the financial resources, M33 Growth brings strategic expertise and a shared vision for the future of construction. We’re thrilled about what this partnership means for O3 and our clients in the years to come. 

AWP xChange: Building Community 

AWP xChange was a resounding success and has solidified its place as the largest AWP-focused event outside of the Global AWP Conference in Houston. This event was a celebration of the progress our industry is making together. We are incredibly grateful to our sponsors, Autodesk and Insight AWP whose support helped make this event possible. The energy and ideas shared at AWP xChange remind us why we do what we do: to enable our clients to achieve best-in-class project execution. 

Expanding Our Team and Capabilities 

This year, O3 has grown faster than ever before. With our new financial backing, we’ve expanded our team at an incredible pace, bringing on talented individuals who are passionate about reshaping the industry. As a CEO, nothing is more rewarding than building a team of this caliber. Finding people who meet our high standards isn’t easy, but the results speak for themselves. To everyone who joined O3 this year, welcome to the family. You are the driving force behind everything we’ve achieved. 

Launching Our European Division 

2024 also saw the launch of our European division, a significant step forward in our mission to bring O3’s products to a larger global audience. This expansion comes in response to the growing demand for our products and services across Europe. The region’s construction and industrial sectors are embracing innovative solutions, and O3 is poised to meet their needs with the unparalleled expertise that our new team members bring. This is just the beginning of what we’re building in Europe, and we’re excited to see this region thrive in the years ahead. 

Welcoming Tom Kirk as Our CRO 

A major milestone this year was bringing Tom Kirk onboard as our Chief Revenue Officer. Tom’s expertise and leadership are already making a huge impact as he leads the charge in expanding our go-to-market team. With his guidance, we’re reaching more clients, building stronger relationships, and positioning O3 for even greater success. 

AWP Conference Highlights: AI and Leadership 

The Global AWP Conference in Houston was another standout moment for us. From our groundbreaking AI copilot announcement to an interactive, crowd-pleasing plenary session, we were proud to showcase how O3 is shaping the future of construction. 

Raising the Bar on Security 

Security has always been a top priority at O3, and this year was no different. We continue to improve O3’s platform security, and in 2024 we: 

• Established a trust center to assist potential clients in vendor risk evaluations and lowered turnaround of responses to questionnaires. 

• Instituted and conduct scenario planning to establish procedures that ensure rapid response and resolution of incidents regarding confidentiality, integrity, and availability. 

• Implemented availability initiatives and infrastructure to offer higher uptime SLAs and self-healing/automated restoration of services in the event of a regional disaster. 

• Conducted privacy and business impact assessments across all business systems and client environments, and will continue to do at least annually. 

These accomplishments underscore our commitment to providing our clients with secure, reliable, and cutting-edge solutions. A big shoutout to our team for their dedication to maintaining the highest standards in everything we do.
