Business Analyst (Remote)

Manager of Technical Sales (Remote)

O3 is truly revolutionary when it comes to thought leadership in industrial construction. Our construction software is designed to improve productivity performance on any job site. O3’s agile project management solutions are specific to construction because we understand the niche workflows and systems required to get the job done.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Transformation, the Director of Technical Sales shall play a critical role in aligning the needs and requirements of potential clients with the capabilities and development of O3’s AWP software. This will include working closely with potential clients to explore their AWP process (if existing) or plans and help show the value of using O3’s software for the digitization of their work. This will be a heavily client-facing role, intended to increase the demand for O3 software by demonstrating its use case and value proposition.

The main element of this role will be the ownership, execution, and successful conclusion of a series of “Proof Of Concept” workshops with potential clients. These workshops, which are expected to be short to mid-range duration (2 weeks to 2 months), and based at the client facility (wholly or in part), will be used to validate the demonstrated value of O3 by importing client data and providing them with an environment to test the software.

Project Manager (Remote)

We are looking for a project manager to be responsible for handling our company’s ongoing implementation projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.

To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a huge advantage.

Account Executive (Remote - US Based)

We are looking for an Account Executive to be responsible for increasing our company’s ongoing sales efforts and expanding our client base, while maintaining and nurturing a list of current client accounts. You will be supported by a team of Subject Matter Experts in showcasing the advantages of O3 software to prospective clients in addition to working with current accounts on new and ongoing benefits and features.

To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in software sales, preferably in an area directly relating to industrial construction technology.

Who is O3?

Industrial revolutions have ensured that technology takes over human interventions and eliminates the related delays and errors. However, the cyclical nature of the construction market has compelled even the biggest businesses to invest in finding their “A-teams” rather than the overhead and R&D of automation. Turning this around required a solution that could overcome the four key hurdles of the 21st-century construction industry – visibility, age-old manual processes, a lack of standardization, and the expectation of the final build.

“What has been lacking is a tool designed to view and optimize the entire project as a single system from beginning to end,” begins Josh Girvin, co-founder, and CEO of O3 Solutions. Girvin joined forces with Mandi Coker and Jared Elliott, fusing over 30 years of combined industry experience to form O3, a modern project management platform purpose-built to deliver the best of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and agile methods.
