As we close the chapter on 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on what our team, our clients, and our partners accomplished together and, more importantly, where we are headed next.
Coming off the momentum of O3 Wrapped 2025, it’s hard not to feel energized. This past year was a defining one for O3. We delivered at an unprecedented pace, expanded our global reach, and continued to earn the trust of organizations executing some of the most complex capital projects in the world. None of that happens by accident. It happens because our clients push us, our team executes, and our focus remains squarely on improving how projects are planned, executed, and delivered.
Now, the goal is simple: keep the momentum going into 2026.
But as the industry evolves, so must we. And several themes will define what the next year looks like for O3 and the customers we serve.
Artificial intelligence has moved well beyond buzzwords and experimentation. The conversation has shifted from “Should we explore AI?” to “How do we apply it responsibly and effectively inside real project workflows?”
At O3, we believe AI should reduce friction, not add complexity.
In 2026, you’ll see continued and expanded investment in AI capabilities across the O3 platform, including:
The intent is not to replace expertise. It’s to amplify it. As our industry faces labor constraints and a growing experience gap, AI becomes a force multiplier that helps teams do more with the resources they have, while maintaining control, accountability, and transparency.
This is a strategic priority for O3, and it will remain one as we move into 2026 and beyond.
One of the highlights of 2025 was the energy and engagement we saw at AWP xChange in Houston and Santiago. These events have become more than conferences. They are working forums for sharing lessons learned, challenging assumptions, and advancing how capital projects are delivered globally.
Because of that success, we’re excited to confirm that AWP xChange is returning to both Houston and Santiago in 2026.
Save the dates:
If you weren’t able to attend in 2025, you can explore the recaps to see the caliber of conversations and collaboration that take place:
Our client base continues to grow globally, and with that growth comes a responsibility to support customers where they operate.
In 2025, we made meaningful progress expanding our presence in Latin America, Europe and the Middle East, regions experiencing significant investment and activity across mining, energy, and infrastructure. In 2026, we will continue to build on that foundation by strengthening our regional representation and local support capabilities.
This is about more than geography. It’s about understanding regional execution realities, regulatory environments, and cultural context, and ensuring our clients continue to feel supported throughout their journey with O3.
No single company solves complex delivery challenges alone.
As we look ahead, growing O3’s partner ecosystem will be a key focus. This includes both regional partners who bring deep local expertise and global partners who help scale and integrate O3 into broader enterprise ecosystems.
Our goal is to work alongside organizations that share our commitment to improving project outcomes, whether that’s through implementation support, complementary technology, or strategic advisory services. As our platform expands, so will the opportunities to collaborate in ways that create real value for our shared customers.
If 2025 was about acceleration, 2026 is about compounding.
We will continue to invest in innovation, listen closely to our customers, and challenge ourselves to raise the standard for how digital project execution should work. I’m incredibly proud of what our team has built and grateful to our clients and partners who continue to place their trust in O3.
We’re just getting started.
