O3 Solutions and Autodesk’s partnership delivers a comprehensive graphical work packaging technology through integration with Autodesk Construction Cloud’s BIM 360®, powered by Autodesk’s Forge® Viewer.

The new integration transforms traditional work package management by providing a single solution that addresses the entire process from concept through commissioning – leveraging the Forge Viewer to create a graphical work packaging solution and pulling in 3D virtual construction models via BIM 360 Docs.

CII defines AWP as the overall process flow of all the detailed work packages (construction, engineering, and installation work packages). AWP is a planned, executable process that encompasses the work on an EPC project, beginning with initial planning and continuing through detailed design and construction execution. AWP provides the framework for productive and progressive construction and presumes the existence of a construction execution plan.
