Position Purpose

Provide strong leadership and revenue growth within assigned accounts by working with prospective clients to identify how O3 can support the company’s opportunities and challenges, build long-term client relationships, and deliver continuous product innovation and business value. 

Areas of Responsibility

  • Achieve high growth or meet/exceed revenue targets. 
  • Articulate and promote O3’s product portfolio, value proposition, and ROI to decision-makers and key stakeholders, focusing on helping companies achieve their business objectives. 
  • Develop positive and effective relationships at various levels, including C-Level, VPs and Directors within assigned accounts and conduct sales calls and meetings. 
  • Identify, negotiate & close opportunities. 
  • Develop a sales pipeline and ensure best in class forecasting by effectively following the sales process and managing opportunities through the entire sales process through contract negotiations and acceptance and post-sales support.  
  • Deliver an accurate monthly and quarterly forecast of business within Salesforce CRM system. 
  • Manage opportunities by evaluating the prospective client profile, creating value messaging, and targeting key steps required to first qualify and then close the deal. 
  • Follow-up and qualify new opportunities in a timely manner, leveraging information from inbound leads or requests generated by marketing. 
  • Support Solutions Engineers in performing web-based demonstrations and product presentations. 
  • Provide ongoing client feedback to product management, client success, and marketing teams to help identify product strengths and areas of improvement. 
  • Coordinate, influence and orchestrate all of the appropriate resources for Account and/or Opportunity development, collaborate and influence a virtual team (sales, technical, support, consulting), and develop strong working relations with marketing, finance, legal, operations, product development, project management, and partners. 
  • Maintain a high knowledge level of the O3’s solutions and services.  
  • Be a trusted advisor for clients and identify win/win situations.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum of three years (3) of proven software (preferably SaaS) sales experience in B2B environment. Experience in construction software sales preferred. 
  • History of meeting or exceeding quota. 
  • Business-level knowledge of project management solutions, building information modeling (BIM), virtual design and construction (VDC), and the industrial construction market. 
  • Strong executive selling and relationship experience. 
  • Strong business practices with excellent customer service skills, strong business acumen, and creative problem-solving and effective negotiation skills.  
  • Data reporting and analytical skills 
  • Excited by technology and its ability to make you more productive. 
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and determined, yet not afraid to ask for help. 
  • Outstanding work ethic with a passion for hitting targets. 
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email with clients. 
  • Excellent presentation skills. 
  • Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint). 
  • Fluent English language skills, other languages a plus. 

Travel Requirements

  • Moderate travel may be required both domestic and international.
