Marketing Coordinator (The Swiss Army Knife)

This role will be the Jack (or Jill!) of all trades as it pertains to marketing for a company experiencing exponential growth. The foundation exists – now we need to multiply our content creation and take the awareness of O3 to the next level.

From day one, this individual will own all online marketing responsibilities including the company website, social media campaigns, and event marketing. You will assist with the development of new creative initiatives that align with our company goals and our meet our demanding (and amazing!) clients’ needs to internally raise awareness for O3’s software and services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media. To be successful, you must be organized and be able to balance competing priorities and many diverse projects at once, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.


The ideal candidate would have expertise in “all things marketing” and will include these key responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive all marketing project timelines and due dates
  • Implement print, online, and email marketing initiatives
  • Create, edit, and distribute content marketing deliverables
  • Manage the company website, blog, and social media accounts
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and behaviors
  • Assist with internal and external activities including events, training classes, annual & quarterly meetings, etc.
  • Perform support duties including but not limited to: CRM management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, managing sales and marketing software tools
  • Participate in key industry organizations


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Graphic Design or other related fields
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Portfolio showing digital and/or print projects
  • Video scripting and editing experience preferred
  • Ability to work both individually off a creative brief as well as concept and brain storm in a team environment
  • Knowledge of HTML, WordPress is a big plus
