We are looking for a qualified Account Manager to play a critical role in building and managing relationships with major accounts. Our ideal candidate should ensure client satisfaction and be able to identify new opportunities to increase sales and recurring revenue.
As an account manager, you will represent our company and interact with major clients. So, if you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for complex sales and a customer service attitude, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you would be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing sales.
Analyze engineering data for graphical and non-graphical advanced work packaging scope, provide data requirement specifications and data exchange procedures, provide technical support for developing engineering data systems, and graphical work packages, Conduct RnD to support new data structure database level architecture, migrate o3 feature to AL and ML, provide technical support for the clients, project managers, and development teams, gather requirements and write specifications and technical solutions for new features, conduct webinars, and other duties as assigned.
Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or IT. (foreign equivalent degree is acceptable) Must have 120 months experience in job with similar duties.
