Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the management of multiple on-going client projects,
daily client interaction, custom deliverables, timeline and critical task management, coordination
across multiple groups and resources and resolving project-related issues.

​PM will support Asian-Pacific client business hours but can work remote from any location of their choice!

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience and passion for client success and have these key responsibilities:
 

  • Deliver O3 implementations on schedule and within budget.
  • Manage a workload of multiple projects at one time. Ability to manage projects across global time zones.
  • Oversee all aspects of client implementations, including configuration and training.
  • Responsible for timely project completion, issue identification/resolution, and customer delivery.
  • Ensure clients clearly understand the status of the project throughout all phases; including schedule with associated milestones, completed tasks, pending deliverables, and outstanding items.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure client and company objectives are met.
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise when appropriate.
  • Summarize progress for each project and share with O3 leadership.
  • Effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards.
  • Facilitate internal team and customer meetings effectively.
  • Suggest an improvement to internal processes along with possible solutions to be more efficient.
  • Comply with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures.
  • Effectively interface with other departments for billing and contractual obligations.

Qualifications/Requirements

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Strong project management skills with excellent customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Must display great attention to detail
  • Comfortable making presentations and facilitating meetings
  • Industrial Construction experience preferred, knowledge of Advanced Work Packaging methodology a plus
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management or customer-facing implementation experience
  • MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
