Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking to hire a Lead Generation Specialist who will be playing a crucial role in expanding our pipeline. This role plays a key part in client engagement by identifying qualified prospects and nurturing the relationship throughout the early stage of the buying process. As a member of the Marketing team, you will own parts of the early sales process and help us improve the process in quantity and quality. The associate is to work alongside the Marketing team and serve as a resource to the sales team for overlapping needs.


The ideal candidate will have experience and passion for a marketing operation and have these key responsibilities:

  • Create engaging emails, call scripts, and presentations to generate interest in O3’s solutions
  • Conduct the initial qualification of leads based on brief phone and/or virtual meeting discussions
  • Respond to any inbound inquiries for information including products, services, partnerships or investment opportunities
  • Stay current on product and service offerings and any related information for our industry that may impact our messaging
  • Contact new leads who have expressed interest in O3 either via our website, social media platforms, referral programs and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain contact with interested parties who have indicated an interest in O3 but have not yet been qualified
  • Correspond with leads to follow up and/or to confirm appointments
  • Manage leads in Salesforce/Hubspot and capture information regarding leads as well as facilitate lead flow to others in the company
  • Provide detailed information to business development, partnership development, or leadership during the lead handover process
  • Create reports to analyze lead performance and identify areas of opportunity
  • Provide feedback to others related to information prospects share that could be helpful in advertising/marketing as well as our overall programs

  • Experience using CRM/sales software preferred

  • Experience writing sales scripts, product marketing, or creating marketing graphics a plus

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and Outlook

  • While basic knowledge of the construction industry is helpful, training will be provided
